This is the online portal for OPCFHK Hong Kong Biodiversity Conservation Funding application.

An email address and password are required to sign up an account for each online application. Applicants are reminded to read the funding guidelines carefully before filling in the application and press 'Save' button after you have completed filling information in each section.

Applicants are advised to leave sufficient time to familarise with the new portal and ensure your application can be submitted prior to the application deadline on March 31, 2024 before Hong Kong time noon 12:00 (GMT +08:00). The receipt time follows that of the Foundation's server. Incomplete, insufficient or incorrect information may result in rejection of application.

Applications received after Hong Kong time noon 12:00 (GMT +08:00) on March 31, 2024 will NOT be considered for this funding cycle.
