I am undertaking this challenge to help raise much needed funds for Mesothelioma UK which provides vital support and information to mesothelioma patients and their families in the UK.  They also fund important research into this incurable disease and help to raise awareness of the dangers of asbestos through public campaigns.

As a meso UK specialist nurse, sadly I see the impact that this devastating disease has on patients and their families everyday.  I will be walking the 50km challenge for every patient I have had the privilege to know and support.
